3KIND Perspective, LLC

OUR STORY

3KIND Perspective, LLC was created in June of 2023 in East Lansing, Michigan when three women, each with diverse herstories, experiences, and perspectives, united with a shared vision to promote the message of inclusion. As women from multicultural and international backgrounds, our narratives encompass transracial adoption, refugee experiences and the challenges of navigating multiple cultures. Our individual stories are rich and complex and when combined with over 40 years of working in higher education as diversity, equity and inclusion practitioners, 3KIND Perspective, LLC offers a ground-up, global and growth approach that provides expert solutions for organizational transformation.

Anjam Chaudhary, Ph.D.

Born in France to South Asian parents, Anjam Chaudhary embodies a captivating blend of cultures, languages, and worldviews. Her upbringing in the vibrant neighborhoods of Paris nurtured a profound understanding of global diversity from a young age.

Matea Čaluk, M.Ed.

She/Her/Ona

Matea is a native of Bosnia and Herzegovina and relocated to the United States in the late 90s as a refugee of the regional civil war. Her experience as a child refugee shapes her worldview and her fierce passion for inclusion and equity.

Meaghan Kozar, Ph.D.

She/Her/Hers

Born in Seoul, Korea, Meaghan's lived experiences as a transracial-Asian-adoptee-woman-of-color, along with her exposure to diverse multicultural communities, have profoundly shaped her lifelong commitment to DEI work.

I love the stories! What was most powerful were the stories, looking at three women of difference and how they guide you through the biases that you may go through when looking at a person from the outside. This notion about judging a book by its cover is truly unveiled in their commentary. The format is fluid. It’s not lecture-style. 3KIND Perspective’s work causes students, staff and faculty to think about where they are in their journey of diversity.
