Her upbringing in the vibrant neighborhoods of Paris nurtured a profound understanding of global diversity from a young age. Anjam's insatiable curiosity for cross-cultural connections led her on an educational and professional journey that spans continents and enriches her distinctive perspective.

 

Anjam's academic trajectory underscores her commitment to fostering a sense of belonging. Holding dual Bachelor's degrees in Organizational Communications from Sorbonne Paris Nord University and South Asian Studies from INALCO University, Paris, France, she explored education abroad in Germany, South Africa, and the United States. Her pursuit of knowledge deepened with a Master of Science in Global-Strategic Communications from Florida International University, Miami, FL, which then culminated in a rigorous Doctoral program in Educational Leadership at Central Michigan University, Mount Pleasant, Michigan. This academic journey also significantly enhanced her proficiency in data analysis, equipping her with quantitative analytical prowess that complements her holistic approach to fostering inclusive environments.

 

A proud third-culture woman, Anjam draws inspiration from her experiences of the rich tapestry of humanity. Her research on Intercultural Communication Competence (ICC) development is anchored in the belief that embracing differences fuels personal and professional advancement.
